Our company manufactures annually total 20 thousands of tons of aluminum profile and 25 thousands of tons of aluminum extrusion blank (biyet) in its two factories existing in Istanbul Güneşli and Tekirdağ Veliköy Industrial Zone and the aluminum profiles are coated through anodic oxidation and electrostatic coating methods. Our aluminum factories manufacture system profiles for front covering (in various types such as silicon front, awning (kapakli), claw-coupling (tirnakli) etc), window-door joinery profiles with or without heat-insulation and the products intended for architectural practices such as profiles for sliding doors and windows as well as profiles for sun blinds, wainscots, balustrades, fences (griyaj), decoration, coolers, standard profiles (corner piece, pipe, rod, lama) and profiles for ventilation, lightening, billboards and industrial purposes.. Aluminum surface processes are performed according to international standards in our anodic oxidation and electrostatic coating facilities. We make coating in conventional anodic oxidation and RAL colors and we produce decorative aluminum wood/granite/marble-like profiles. ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate was issued to our company and our aluminum products have QUALANOD (Quality Label for Anodic Oxide Coatings), QUALICOAT (Quality Label for Electrostatic Coatings) and TS EN 755-1, TS EN 12020-1, TS 4922 and GOST-R from Turkish Standards Institute. We export 55% of our products.
